GENE Array® Nucleic Acid MS Chip
GENE Array® Nucleic Acid MS Chip is specifically designed for nucleic acid detection, made from silicon-based materials with 96 or 384 detection spots evenly distributed on the surface. The inner and outer surfaces of the detection spots exhibit hydrophilic and hydrophobic differences, using an adapted spotting tool to embed the matrix ensures more uniform crystallization within the spots. Additionally, the semiconductor properties of the silicon material enable efficient and rapid energy absorption and charge transfer, enhancing the mass spectrometry detection signals of the analytes.

Nucleic acid mass spectrometry chip (silicon based target plate) is a primary property spectrum consumable for SNP, DNA methylation, gene mutation detection, gene copy number variation analysis. After the substrate and analyte are deposited in the detection site, it is placed in the time-of-flight mass spectrometer for detection. Different analyses and sample types can be tested side-by-side in one run. Flexible biomarker analysis can be performed as a consumable for a time-of-flight mass spectrometer or as part of a kit for nucleic acid detection.
