Lip-Si Array® Lipid MS Chip
Lip-Si Array® Lipid MS Chip is developed through a highly customizable and controllable preparation process, capable of absorbing and transferring laser energy, as well as efficiently transferring charges. It enables high-sensitivity, high-throughput detection of various lipid molecules in biological fluids, cells, and tissues without the need for a matrix. Its performance significantly outperforms conventional MALDI matrices such as 9-AA and DHB.

Used in conjunction with MALDI-TOF mass spectrometers,enableing both non-targeted and targeted lipidomics analysis of diverse samples for further lipidomics studies. The default size is compatible with Bruker instruments, including the autoflex maX, ultraflex maX, and MALDI2, also can be customized to suit other instruments.
Serum lipid fingerprint spectra tested using the Lip-Si Array® chip on the ultraflex maX platform and MALDI2 platform. Data were collected using the MALDI2 and MALDI2+TIMS methods on the MALDI2 platform.
