timsTOF SCP
The timsTOF SCP is a single-cell mass spectrometry system launched by Bruker, specifically designed for unbiased deep 4D-quantitative single-cell proteomics, immunopeptidomics, epiproteomics, and post-translational modification (PTM) studies. This system combines the advantages of the Parallel Accumulation Serial Fragmentation (PASEF®) acquisition method, offering extremely high speed and sensitivity, making it capable of tackling the analytical challenges of single-cell proteomics or PTM analysis in a few cells.

-Single-cell proteomics: Used to study the protein composition and changes within single cells, revealing cellular heterogeneity.
-Immunopeptidomics: Studies peptide molecules in the immune system, aiding in the understanding of immune response mechanisms.
-Epiproteomics: Investigates post-translational modifications of proteins, such as phosphorylation and acetylation, to uncover regulatory mechanisms of protein functions.
-Post-translational modification proteomics: Focuses on protein post-translational modifications and their impact on protein function.
